This is the childhood home of Seattle born actor Richard Karn, (best known as Al Borland on Home Improvement). He grew up in this home along with his sister Susan. His mother Louise "Lou" Wilson was a well known NW artist. Her studio has not been touched since she in passed in 1983. His father and grandfather were builders going back to the Denny Regrade era. |
